Visit our Hat Decorating Station to design a magical witch or wizard hat that's as unique as you are. Choose from whimsical trims like ribbons, tulle, lace, roses, stickers, shimmering gems—and top it all off with an inspiring affirmation card to complete your creation.

Please note: This activity includes small decorative parts that may pose a choking hazard. Adult supervision is required for children five (5) and under.

When booking, please note that only one activity can be scheduled per time slot. If the same person is participating in multiple activities, each activity must be staggered in separate time slots.

Our magical activities are offered on a first-come, first-served basis during store hours, ending 30 minutes before close. Purchase online or in-store—no reservations required, but reservations are strongly encouraged to guarantee your spot, especially during weekends and holidays.

📅 September–October (peak season):
During peak months, advanced reservations are required for Potion Bar experiences. Only one adult per child may accompany each reservation, and a short wait may occur outside the store during busy hours.

🔮 Experiences may be temporarily paused during birthday parties or special events. To ensure availability, we recommend calling ahead, checking our [events calendar], or reviewing posted hours on Google.

👶 Children under age 4 may participate with the help of a supervising adult.

🚫 Due to space limitations, we kindly ask that strollers and wagons remain outside.

🎟️ Each ticket admits one (1) participating child and one (1) participating adult.

🧾 All event ticket purchases are non-refundable. We may not be able to accommodate late arrivals if you arrive more than 10 minutes past your appointment time during reservation-required periods.
