Each Hat Decorating Spell Kit includes everything you need to create your own magical masterpiece: a blank Good Witch hat, satin bow, sequin star, golden heart, affirmation card, stickers, gems, a 50-inch layer of tulle, a 50-inch fancy layer of tulle, a certificate, and a spell card — all thoughtfully curated to help you design a hat that represents your unique purpose and inner magic.
