What does success look like when your business is built around helping children believe in themselves? 💖

Being included in “Top 30 Inspirational Women and Their Success Stories” has given me a reason to pause and reflect on that question.

For me, success includes the small moments we create at The Good Witch of Salem®: giving a child space to express themselves, encouraging someone to try something new, and helping families make memories together.

It also means building a team that understands the purpose behind those experiences. The care we bring to welcoming a family, listening to a child, and supporting one another helps bring that purpose to life.

As we move beyond Salem’s busiest season, I’m grateful for the people helping this business grow, and thoughtful about how we carry that same care into our next chapter.

My goal is to bring The Good Witch of Salem to more children and families while keeping self-love, kindness, and discovery at the heart of every experience.
